Blue Cross
20"X22"
Sold
This is the original design, knitted in st.st.
I tried to give the feeling of crayons lines on paper.
The picture comes from a doodle I made in one of Bahu Kalchuri's talks (long before he started talking about the 'passon of the Christ' movie)
White Cross
18"X21"
Sold
Same pattern as the Blue Cross, but done in the weaving style. Each stitch has white + the color the design calls for.
At the time I was thinking a lot about unity (we are all one). Then while spending a night at the Meher Spiritual Center, I had this dream: I was standing in a place full of light, and I thought - I will walk towards the light and I will find Baba. But when I looked around I saw the light was evenly spread (meaning that everyone and everything had the same amount of light in them).
Mary's Cross (left)
19"X17"
Sold
I read somewhere about a weaving Mother Mary made, and the writer described the colors she used. I wanted to knit with these colors and this is the design I came with. It's simple to knit and you can follow the pattern by looking at the picture.
Cathedral
14"X31"

The weaving style gives the knitting it's shimmering effect. One set of yarns goes horizontally, the other set is vertical and each stitch has one yarn from each group.
This picture was knitted with Indian yarn, and the first knitting I did after my first trip to Meherabad
