Invested or A Walk in the Woods is a piece inspired by Itchiku kubota. One of his best works, as a kimono artist, is a series of kimonos called 'Symphony of light'. His struggle, his dedication and his art touched my heart.

My intention was to make them into  vests and they describe a walk in the woods, from Meher Baba's house to the Boathouse. So far I have only one side done and here they are mounted for an exhibition.
V1 - looking from Baba's house to the lake
V2 - right from the fence around Baba's house.
The shade is created by Magnolia leaves
V3 - the bench right from the stairs
V4 - a tree on the way
V5 - by the Guest house fence
V6 - The edge of the lagoon
V7 - Lagoon bridge
V3a - the bench. This is the first 'invested' I made and I decided not to include it in the series because the location of the lake is lower then it is in the other pictures, and I wanted continuity.
