Books:
*All Kaffe Fassett books (even the one about mosaic) -inspiring freedom of color
* Water color quilts - again, very inspiring
* The Joy of Knitting / Lisa R. Myers - she basically write about knitting concepts, ideas and misperceptions. I usually don't read knitting books (I only look at the pictures), but this book was fascinating, and got me reading as if it was a mystery book!
* The art of knitting DVD - is about 3.5 hours long. I liked particularly the chapter about fibers with Laura Militzer Bryant (she has a book called Knitting with novelty yarns, but the ideas in the dvd were more inspiring for me).
* The Tap Dancing Lizard has designs for pictures sweaters
* Art and Inspirations / Ruth B. McDowell is an inspiring quilting book.
